The villa is located in the south of the island of Phuket – Rawai area, 5 minutes drive to Nai Harn beach, 1.5 km to the seafront Rawai.

Two-storeyed Villa with 4 bedrooms and an additional room for the maid, 6 bathrooms: 4 bathrooms in the main bedrooms, 1 guest bathroom on the first floor and a bathroom for the maid.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with comfortable furniture made of genuine leather and teak wood, new TV with Internet access, DVD, stereo sound system, dining table for 8 people, bar, fully equipped kitchen with European equipment (dishwasher), laundry, bedroom with bathroom and access to the pool, terraces along the perimeter of the house with sun loungers, sun umbrellas and garden furniture, a covered terrace near the pool with a dining table.

On the second floor of the villa there are 3 bedrooms with wardrobes and access to the terrace, a study room in which a computer is connected to the video cameras. All rooms of the villa are air-conditioned. Each bedroom has a dressing room. There is equipment for sport.
